Fermentation Workshop



Join us to make easy sauerkraut, a traditional food. And learn why fermented foods are so important to your health.
You may already know unpasteurized fermentations contain probiotics. But did you know, the sugar content of these foods are decreased, as are sugar cravings.  Fermented foods help us safely detoxify while they nourish us. Come learn how the beneficial bacteria created during the fermentation process help our guts, affect our serotonin production, and more. We’re happier when we eat fermented foods!

    We were not sure what to expect when we signed up for the class but we did learn quite a bit. We had never made sauerkraut before and we learned that it was not that hard to do. It was a very interesting class and the people we met that evening was worth the drive up. We would definitely recommend the class to anyone interested in learning about fermentation.
