Our goal is to send you your products as quickly as possible. We take shipping and delivery very seriously.
We promise to pack and handle all products carefully. While orders are generally shipped within 3 business days of order receipt, due to recent increased order volume, please allow up to 10 business days for processing and handling of your order PRIOR to shipping. We are a small company and do our best to ship packages to you as swiftly as possible.
Once shipped, you should receive your products within the estimated timeframes below. However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Shipments may require more time to be delivered as a result of ongoing COVID-19 impacts. U.S. delivery times are outside our control. We appreciate both your business and your patience.
United States: estimated delivery within 3-5 business days via U.S. Postal Service.
Other Countries: We do not deliver outside of the United States.
Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination zip/post code, and selected country. We charge a minimal Handling fee of $3.50 to help defray costs associated with packaging your order for shipping.
Terms and Conditions
- Any refused or non-deliverable packages will be canceled upon receipt and will be subject to a return shipping fee by the carrier. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the products. Original shipping is non-refundable.
- We do not make product exchanges or issue store credits.
- We do not accept returns unless a product is damaged – Please see below.
- We suggest that you always store your herbs in a safe, cool, dry environment.
- We will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the parcel on or within the premises after delivery.
Damaged Products and Packages
We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. If any of your items are damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you. Please note that you will need to keep the original packing and damaged items until any damage claims are processed. Packaging and damaged items may need to be inspected by the carrier.
