Do you have a passion for people, organization, and creation? Are you a hard worker with an interest in natural healing? A background in herbalism is wonderful, but not required for all positions. A positive attitude is! We’ll train the right long-term candidate who can contribute to making our customers’ and our shared experience here a beautiful one.

There are several positions we would consider for someone with experience. These are not temporary roles. We’re looking for folks ideally, who will be here for years to come. We’re looking for extraordinary people with extraordinary talent, so even if your skills don’t fit into one of these positions, we invite you to apply. Do you love working with people and have solid retail sales experience? 

We’re looking for an experienced and confident salesperson who can create a warm and inviting experience for our customers and clients. You’ll guide them through our quality selection of products and services. You’ll place orders, process phone and online orders, maintain our online store, and keep the shop stocked and sparkling! Merchandising experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, computer knowledge, excellent communication and problem solving skills are required for this position. You will be the right hand to our herbalist. We’re hiring that special someone.

Herbal experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate. Strong retail and management experience a must. We offer extensive training. 24-32 hours/week includes weekends. The Marketing Specialist represents The Little Herb Shoppe, its products and events. You’ll create social media posts, blog posts, email newsletters, promotions, advertisements, and more. We’re looking for an experienced writer to help our herbalist funnel creative content into promotional pieces, including blog content, social media and long-form sales pages for online programs. Your role will involve content creation, photography, and occasional video recordings. You’ll offer strategy recommendations and will be responsible for analyzing marketing campaign results. You’ll also coordinate classes, workshops, Summer herbal Program, and plant walks.

We’re looking for a creative individual who has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable collaborating closely with other team members but also able to work alone in a self-directed manner. Experience in social media management and with PCs, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Photoshop are required. Preference given to candidates with graphic design and video editing experience. Some herbal experience and/or an interest in herbs is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate. 16 hours/week. Directions to apply are below.


The Product-Maker Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of our line of tinctures, herbal teas, skin-care and body products. You’ll streamline our harvest and production schedule, order and maintain manufacturing supplies to ensure our production stays organized and our retail products stocked. You’ll be involved with every aspect of packaging design and new product development. You’ll create annual projections & costs reports. And you’ll decant, package and label our products ensuring high quality standards in each batch.

Commercial herbal product making experience required. We’ll also teach you our methods of product making. This position is fast-paced and requires the ability to stay very focused. Stringent kitchen sanitation practices are vital for this role.

We’re looking for a team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A positive, can-do attitude, and is comfortable performing repetitive tasks, and you can lift 50 lbs up steps. Strong computer experience with PCs and the Microsoft Office suite is required. Herbal and product making experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate. 16 hours/week. Position starts immediately. Directions to apply are below.
