Our first class in 2 years and of course it has to be Herbs to Support a Healthy Nervous System!

Stress, anxious, overwhelmed, and more may describe your last year.

You are not alone and you are supported here.

We want to share with you the herbs that can help calm the Fight or Flight state most of us exist in our daily lives.

Herbs are powerful allies in your quest for feeling replenished and nourished - especially after last year!

There is so much more we could write here... Why not join us for this important and fun class. Remember to breathe..... deeply.

Inhale slowly through your nose for a count of 4, and gently hold in for just 4 seconds. Then release slowly, exhaling out your mouth for a slow count of 4, and hold out for 2 or 4 seconds. Repeat 3 or 4 cycles. There you are......  See you in class.
