 Food As Medicine: The Wonders of Alternative Grains & Sweeteners

Please consider our "Herbs for Healthy Digestion" offered Nov 12th.

 Join us for a hands on workshop at The Little Herb Shoppe in Littleton, NH - where we will explore the health benefits of gluten-free grains & prepare a simple summer dish with one of them. Learn to make flour from whole grains such as quinoa and millet and use it to bake treats sweetened with maple syrup, dates & stevia. You will leave with recipes, health benefits of ingredients & inspiration to start experimenting in your own kitchen! This class is lead by Lisa Mase!

$30 (lunch, all ingredients and handouts included)

*We plan our workshops/classes & offer them based on a number of attendees. As these classes support the Apothecary & Botanical Sanctuary, we cannot sustain refunds. You are welcome to have someone come in your place if you can't attend. If we cancel or reschedule an event, we'll refund payments, or folks are welcome to a credit for future classes, workshops, products or a wellness consultation with our herbalist.
