Winter Wellness Part 2 Deep Immunity

Its not a requirement to have taken the Winter wellness Part I class to benefit from the Part II class - but they'll both be packed full of helpful information. We lowered our class price to $25 to try to make it more affordable to register for both. If you register for both classes, you will receive a 5% discount on shop products the nights of each class.

Continuing from our 1st Winter Welless Immunity, this class will discuss deeper lung issues and winter ailments that are challenging. We all know someone already sick with a cold or in bed with the flu. January is right in the beginning of flu season. The flu is a minimum of 3 weeks.... Let's stay healthy!

After a brief review of Class 1 winter wellness, but this class will discuss the metal element that are the lungs and winter energetics that we can support. Learn practices & herbs that will deepen your understanding of the energy of winter. Food therapy is really important to have a strong foundation to build deep immunity. In this class, we'll demonstrate how to cook & discuss an Immune enhancing Stew and show you easy ways to cook using medicinal mushrooms, garlic, seaweeds, Astragalus and many other herbs and various recipes to make with them.

We'll share this delicious Deep Immune stew together at the end of class! And we'll be serving our delicious Immunity Tea & Sweet Summer time Tea - both loaded with Vitamin C!!

$25.00 pre-registered or walk-in $30. as space permits.

Your attendance at this class supports The Lakota Botanical Sanctuary where we plant and protect endangered forest medicinal plants. You attendance also supports The Burdock Fund that helps provide access to herbal medicine to those in need. Thank you.
